- A rigid patio cover is constructed of 1" x 2" steel tube rafters over which a removable fabric cover is laced. The custom designed steel frame is anchored to your existing concrete patio or the joists of the deck. Our patio covers are engineered for 100 mph winds and snow loads of 30 pounds per square foot.

Pull-up Awnings

- Fabricated a with a rope and pulley system, these window awnings are designed to rest above your window when retracted. In the down position, projection ends typically at 1/2 the height of your window.

Solar Shades / Vertical Drops

Metal Awnings
- We can fabricate metal awnings to fit your specific needs in a range of colors, including standing seam options.
Polycarbonate Panels
- Yet another awning option is to use polycarbonate panels over a rigid frame.
- The purpose is to diffuse light into a building to lessen the need for interior lighting. We installed them on the City of Fort Collins Civic Center building.
- These polycarbonate panels come with attachment runners and X-pieces that are screwed into the frame. The panels are then snapped into position. These panels can be cut to fit any installation and with proper installation, the panels are watertight.
- Available in clear, opal, and bronze.
Warranty Information

- Ten year warranty, with optional lifetime frame warranty, on retractable lateral arm awnings from Eclipse Awning Systems.
- Five year warranty on solar shades from Eclipse Awning Systems.
- Five year warranty on Somfy motors.
- Two year warranty on our workmanship, except on rollershades, which carry a one year warranty.
